Wrinkle Botox

It differs from person to person, but the effect usually appears gradually from 2 to 3 days after the procedure, and on average within 1 to 2 weeks you can expect improvement of facial wrinkles and a softer impression.

When the effect of Botox wears off, wrinkles may feel deeper than before, but that is simply because the skin returns to its earlier state over time. Rather, while the effect lasts, the facial muscles are used less, so it can be seen as helping to prevent wrinkles from forming.

If a line remains even when you stretch the skin with your fingers, the wrinkle is so long-standing that the skin has already changed, and it is difficult to improve with Botox alone. We recommend combining it with fillers, thread lifting, radiofrequency lasers and similar treatments.

In rare cases, as the toxin spreads after forehead or glabella botulinum treatment, the eyebrow can lift or the eyelid can droop (ptosis). It may feel uncomfortable for about 2 to 3 weeks, but it usually eases from around a month on and returns to normal within 2 to 3 months, so there is no need to worry.
