Procedure order
After assessing your skin condition and the treatment area, we cleanse the skin and apply numbing cream to the treatment area. Once the anesthesia takes effect, liquid PCL is injected evenly into the dermis, the injection sites are tidied, and aftercare instructions are provided. Injection takes about 20 minutes, and you can resume your daily routine right afterward.
Day-of-Treatment Precautions (The Critical First 48 Hours)
- You may wash your face and wear makeup immediately after treatment. Please use a gentle, low-irritation cleanser.
- For 48 hours, avoid activities that excessively increase blood circulation, such as drinking alcohol, saunas, and strenuous exercise.
- Do not press or rub the injected areas with your hands.
What to Avoid for One Week
- Sauna and alcohol
- Peeling and scrub products
Aftercare
- Be thorough with moisturizing and sun protection, and cut back on smoking and frequent heat exposure.
- As this is an injection treatment, bruising or swelling may occur, and in rare cases, swelling or a firm sensation may appear later, after some time has passed. If swelling worsens day by day or a firm lump can be felt for a prolonged period, please contact us right away.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please let us know before treatment. The same applies if there is an infection or inflammation in the treatment area, or if you have any underlying conditions, are taking medication, or have allergies.
