I had a GPC injection. Why do I also need to exercise?
Even when fat has been broken down by a GPC injection, if the broken-down fat is not used as an energy source in the bloodstream or is not discharged from the body through the blood or lymph, it can build up in the liver or in fat cells and lead to weight gain again. Exercising alongside the treatment therefore helps you maintain the result longer.

What should I keep in mind?
Please read the precautions carefully and follow them closely.

After the treatment, it is best to avoid smoking, heavy drinking, saunas and steam rooms, hot baths, and strenuous exercise.

Depending on your skin condition, bruising, swelling, tingling, or warmth may occur. These are generally mild and resolve within a few days. If symptoms worsen, please contact the clinic.

On the day of the treatment, you may experience mild dizziness, headache, palpitations, hand tremors, or nausea.

Some fat-dissolving ingredients may temporarily alter menstrual flow or cycle or cause spotting, but this returns to normal with time, so there is no need to worry.

The broken-down fat cells are eliminated through the urinary system, so drinking plenty of water is recommended.
