Terms of Use Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms of Use set forth the conditions and procedures for using the information services and online inquiry and consultation guidance services (the "Services") provided through facefilter.ai.kr (the "Site"), operated by Face Filter Clinic Suwon Branch (the "Clinic"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Clinic and users. Article 2 (Definitions) 1. "User" means any person who accesses the Site and uses the Services in accordance with these Terms. 2. "Content" means all information posted by the Clinic on the Site, including text, images, videos, designs, logos, and programs. Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of the Terms) 1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Site. 2. The Clinic may amend these Terms to the extent that such amendments do not violate applicable laws and regulations, and will post notice of any amendment on the Site. Article 4 (Services Provided) The Clinic provides the following services: 1. Information about the medical institution, departments, and procedures 2. Information about events and notices 3. Telephone connections, links to the Kakao consultation channel, and guidance for online inquiries and consultations 4. Other services determined by the Clinic Article 5 (Medical Information Notice and Disclaimer) 1. Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment for any individual user. 2. Users with symptoms or health concerns should prioritize an in-person examination and consultation with medical professionals. 3. Except where liability is recognized under applicable law, the Clinic is not liable for losses arising from decisions made by users based solely on information provided on the Site. Article 6 (User Obligations) Users must not engage in any of the following: 1. Infringing the rights of others, including copyrights, portrait rights, and personal information rights 2. Interfering with the normal operation of the Site, including generating abnormal traffic, hacking, or unauthorized crawling 3. Violating laws, regulations, public order, or accepted standards of decency 4. Any other conduct that the Clinic reasonably determines to be inappropriate Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights) Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Site and its Content belong to the Clinic or the lawful rights holder. Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from them without prior written consent. Article 8 (External Services and Links) The Site may contain links to external services such as Kakao. The terms and policies of the relevant providers apply to those external services. The Clinic is not responsible for the operation of external services. Article 9 (Relationship with the Privacy Policy) The Clinic processes personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and its Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy takes precedence in matters concerning the processing of personal information. Article 10 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction) 1. If a dispute arises in connection with these Terms, the Clinic and the user will endeavor to resolve it through good-faith discussions. 2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, an action may be filed with a court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act. Supplementary Provision These Terms take effect on June 2, 2026.
