How to Book at FACE FILTER Clinic Suwon: Online, KakaoTalk, and Phone
At Face Filter Clinic Suwon, you can book by whichever method is most convenient: online booking on our website, KakaoTalk consultation, or phone consultation.
If you have already decided on a treatment and date, requesting directly online is the fastest. If you have not yet chosen a treatment or have questions, simply consult us first via KakaoTalk or phone and then set a date.
Three Ways to Book
All three methods start from our website. Tap the Consult menu at the top of the website to choose phone or KakaoTalk consultation; both buttons are also available directly on the clinic hours and parking information page.

Online Booking Steps
Simply fill in the application page from top to bottom.
- Contact: Enter your name and mobile number. The country code is shown as +82; please enter accurately a number at which you can be reached.
- Choose treatment: When you select a treatment, it is added to your list and the estimated price is shown excluding VAT.
- Date and time: Pick a date on the calendar, then choose one of the time slots offered in 30-minute intervals.
- Requests: Note any questions you may have. If you would like a detailed consultation before treatment, check that option.
- Consent: Agree to the collection and use of personal information. Consent to receive marketing communications is optional.
- Submit: Your request is complete once you press the Book Now button.
The price shown on screen is an estimate. Because the type and amount of treatment may change depending on your skin condition, the final payment is confirmed after an in-clinic consultation.

Online requests are accepted in 30-minute slots, with the last booking time 30 minutes before the clinic closes. On days when the schedule changes, such as public holidays, dates may be unavailable or the last time slot may be earlier on the booking screen. On such days, please also check the notices on our website.
If you haven't decided on a treatment
- When booking online: Simply check the pre-treatment consultation option under Requests.
- If you'd like to ask first: Let us know your area of concern via KakaoTalk or phone. The type and amount of treatment are confirmed after we assess your skin condition at the clinic.
What to prepare before your visit
- If you are taking medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have allergies, or have had a recent treatment, please let us know at consultation.
- If you need to change or cancel your visit, please let us know in advance through KakaoTalk or by phone.
- Describing your areas of concern and the changes you hope for in specific terms during the consultation will help us choose the right treatment and amount.

Our Suwon clinic is on the 5th floor of the E-Space City I building. There are two parking lots.

Q. Can I book on Sundays?
A. The clinic is closed on Sundays, so no bookings are accepted. The last booking time is 19:30 on weekdays and 15:30 on Saturdays.
Q. Is the amount on the booking page the actual payment amount?
A. It is an estimate excluding VAT. The final amount will be provided after the treatment and amount are confirmed during your in-clinic consultation.
Q. What information is required for an online booking?
A. Your name, mobile number, desired treatment, date and time, and consent to the collection and use of personal information. Requests and consent to receive marketing communications are optional.
